Great App

This works to download my information from my T:Slim Tandem pump. Before I had to use my Windows 10 Computer because the downloader on my Mac did non work.
Finally Apple updated the app to piece of work on the new Catalina OS. Hopefully from now on information technology volition continue to work on the new Mac Os.
Information technology works a piffling unlike from the Windows app but if y'all perserve you can get mutiple reports to salvage to your computer. Thnak yous Apple tree!!!!

Nothing% upload of logs,

Zero% upload of logs, TOO OFTEN!
For example after trying 4 times concluding night and assuasive information technology to run for a couple of minutes upward to xv minutes with NO change, I restarted the computer - NO alter.
Then re-downloading the app again this forenoon, plugging into newer laptop e'er using Tandem's "special" USB cable (which it isn't, but it is hi thruput, bidirectional etc.) notwithstanding got - NO Modify. Always 0% logs uploaded. !8 minutes this fourth dimension before I had to get up from being physically tied to the computer for a one-half-hr was just non reasonable...

doesnt work with catalina

I made the dumb mistake in updating my mac, BIG MISTAKE. My tconnect is not compatable with Catalina. I was hoping you guys would set up this just after doing some digging it seems this wont be happening. Way to intendance nigh mac users. Sad now, I really relied on this app on sharing my data with my doctors. Was great until all this.
